Introduction

I have 19 years of tile installation and flooring experience. My father owned a very successful Tile and stone installation company for 30 years until hes passing in January of 2020. For the last 4 years I have been venturing out on my own trying to make my own name with the hard work and dedication my father passed on to me. Family and friends are the most important things in life, the men who help me today get these projects done are all family and friends whom I trust emencley and learned my skills through all these years together. We dont cut corners. Were an honest family company who has pride in their trade, honesty and communication is the best policy!! We also do whole kitchen/bathroom remodels and handyman services!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Prep work is key! less prep means cheaper pricing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I first introduced myself via text asking if I may call to speak about their project. I'll proceed by asking how the project has been going for them and let them know I'm here to make things as easy as I possibly can for them! Most jobs can be quoted within 10 mins with a few basic questions and a picture over the phone, so the customer doesn't have to worry about making time for an at home estimate. unless it's a complicated install or some information isn't known in that case I would happily gather that information at a home estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm a member of n.t.c.a (national tile contractors association) I'm a C.T.E.F certified installer. (ceramic tile education foundation). Many N.T.C.A certified classes. 12 years of commercial till installation & 7 years of residential tile installation experience. Well over 30,000 hrs of tile experience!!! And still learning new things!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got into this industry through the family company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
we have worked with every customer imaginable! From commercial to residential!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A 10 x 10 walk in shower/sauna! With walls and ceilings tiled! Porcelain 24 x 48 floors and walls with a 2 x 2 hexagon matching sheet mosaic on the ceilings. It's in one of our featured projects check it out!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Just make sure you're close to knowing what tiles you want to use and the patterns for the install. What size tile joints you have in mind, and a few grout color choices! Don't base your decision on who to hire purely on price, base your decision on who was the most knowledgeable and communicative person who explained him/herself and the project needs the best!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Like I said before just make sure you have an idea of what tile, grout and joint size you wanna use before seeking out help for installation! also don't be going and looking to hire someone on here if you're truly not serious or ready to do the project for we pay for the ability to be seen by you!
